Together the Zia Elementary PTA and the Highland Business and Neighborhood Association (HBANA) have established a Little Free Library in the Zia Park.  Built by Ellis Waller, a Zia grandfather who lives in Wisconsin, this library is a visual symbol of our commitment to the Zia neighborhood.  Our hope is that this library enhances literacy as well as fosters a sense of community within our school and our neighborhood.

HOW DOES THIS LIBRARY WORK?

This Little Free Library offers a way to share good things to read.  This library belongs to everybody -- neighbors, friends, and people we don’t even know yet.  Anyone can use it.

TAKE A BOOK. If you see something you would like to read, take it.

SHARE IT. Return it to any Little Library or pass it on to a friend.

GIVE BOOKS. Help by keeping this library stocked with good reading material.

THANK YOU FOR PROTECTING AND LOVING THIS LIBRARY!
